Drama!  Power! Crashing crescendo, power chords, intelligence!  Ladies and gentlemen today we present The Belated.

As a disclaimer, I am friends with the bass player.  We work together.  That being said, I still dig this band.  They’re all about the drama.  Just listen to the songs and try not to run out and put on your romantic clothes, eye shadow for the men and strut around.  Yeah, you might not, but to get the full enjoyment of the album you should think about it.  Musically, they’re as solid as Rick James’ lovin.  They put on a rockin’ show and the crowds love ‘em.  They won some sort of contest as best band ever to come out of kansas city in the last 450 years (or something like that).  Enjoy!
